It's a normal young adolescent, the "baby teeth" on their way out and the adult teeth beneath, waiting to coming in or already starting to.

Yeah, there's another skull nearby of the same kid a couple of years older with all the baby teeth gone.

That is so strange - It's clearly an adult skull by every other development, but look at all the extra teeth!
